                I thoroughly investigate any new businesses I consider doing business with. There were a few negative reviews of this company, but the majority were positive. And I did find out that they made an effort to resolve issues with dissatisfied clients. I'm relieved to say that I'm not among the disgruntled people. From the point of departure to the point of delivery, I could follow the product at every stage. Even the precise delivery time was known to me. My kid was shocked and overjoyed to get the basket after a challenging week at work and in school, and that was all that mattered to me.
