Chocolate mousse with a heart of raspberry mousse, finished with a red glaze and a shard of dark chocolate. (made without wheat or gluten)

Ingredients: 35% cream (milk ingredients, cellulose gel, carrageenan, cellulose gum), dark chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), sugar, glaze (glucose, water, glycerol, fructose, sugar, pectin, citric acid), liquid egg whites, liquid egg yolks, raspberry puree (raspberries, sugar), cocoa, corn starch, non- hydrogenated chocolate product (sugar, modified palm and palm oil, cocoa, soy lecithin), non-hydrogenated white chocolate product (sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, soya lecithin), honey, butter (milk), pectin, water, alginate, salt, natural vanilla extract, natural colours.

The packaging was nice and the taste was really good. It was a delicious medley of raspberry and dark chocolate with a perfect spongy base. Recommended for chocolate lovers.

Ordered them for my sweet tooth cravings and they were quite nice. I did not expect much from them but these mini cakes or whatever they are managed to impress me. Would like to order them again.
